WalledCare WalledCareby Moneli Automation
For families

Know their day is going as usual. Without a camera in their home.

WalledCare is a small radar sensor that plugs into the wall, one per room. It learns your parent's usual routine and tells you when something is different, like a quiet afternoon or a much later morning. No camera, no microphone, nothing to wear.

Independent at home, with someone quietly in the loop.
Privacy first

Peace of mind for you. Privacy for them.

Most parents do not want a camera in their home, and many will not wear a pendant. WalledCare needs neither.

No camera, no microphone

Radar senses movement and presence. No image or sound is ever captured, so it can go in the bedroom and the bathroom.

Nothing to wear or charge

No pendant to forget and no watch to charge. Your parent does not have to do anything.

Your data stays in Canada

Activity records are stored in Canada. There is no video or audio to store.

What you get

A quiet signal when something is different

Inactivity alerts

A message when a room has gone quiet for longer than it should.

Late wake-up alerts

After about two weeks, WalledCare knows your parent's usual morning, and tells you when a day starts much later than normal.

Red help button

One press tells you and the other people you choose, by email and phone, that your parent needs help.

A simple daily update

A short note that the day went as usual, without having to call.

Sensor-offline notice

If a sensor stops reporting, you are told, so silence never looks like good news.

What it isn't. WalledCare is not a medical device, not fall detection and not a monitored response service. It does not call emergency services. In an emergency, always call 911.

Questions

What families ask us

Will my parent feel watched?

WalledCare has no camera and no microphone, so there is nothing to watch and nothing to listen to. It senses movement and presence with radar, the same kind of low-power sensing used in car parking sensors.

Does it call 911?

No. The red button and every alert go to the family members or caregivers you choose, by email and phone. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number.

Does WalledCare detect falls?

No. WalledCare is not fall detection. It tells you when a room has gone quiet for longer than it should, or when a morning starts much later than usual, so someone can check in.

Does my parent need to wear or charge anything?

No. There is nothing to wear, charge or remember. The sensor plugs into a wall outlet and works on its own.

What if the Wi-Fi or power goes out?

If a sensor stops reporting, you get a sensor-offline notice, so silence never looks like everything is fine.

Is the radar safe?

Yes. It transmits at a tiny fraction of the power of a mobile phone. Read more about mmWave radar safety.

What does it cost?

Home is $19 a month for up to 2 sensors. Home Plus is $50 a month for up to 5 sensors. Each sensor is $20 once. See plans.
